CAMBRIDGE MIND LAB
Memory | Neuroscience | Psychology | Mental Health
We are a behavioural neuroscience lab based in the Department of Psychology at the University of Cambridge. We aim to understand the neurochemical and molecular mechanisms that allow emotional memories to persist and become updated in the brain. We also aim to exploit this understanding of mechanisms to disrupt the maladaptive emotional memories that contribute to neuropsychiatric disorders such as drug addiction, post-traumatic stress disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
